Programming Videos (on Youtube) We understand that people love following videos.  We created our own programming videos just for you.  We go over each programming section of our written manual.  If you prefer, you can setup your entire alarm system by following our videos. We provide this assistance for 60-days after your purchase date. We will direct you to the page and section number of our manual which provides instructions to your questions.  If applicable, we can also send you a link to our programming videos to answer your question(s).  However, w e are unable to provide customized support, other than directing you to the the page number of our manual and providing a link to our videos when applicable.  Due to our extremely low pricing, we are unable to provide phone support. Example Questions We Cannot Answer: *Q: I need to program multiple door sensors and motion detectors.  Can you walk me through each? A: No. We are unable to directly walk you through programming procedures.  However, we can send you instruations by referring you to the page number and section number of our manual, as well as a video link that walks you through the steps to program each sensor. We ship by the cheapest carrier, USPS, FedEx, or UPS (If FedEx or UPS have cheaper rates, we will automatically ship using that carrier.  You may request we only ship by USPS by adding a note in the order.)
